First Response

The First Response Unit is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing a fully white-labelled First Notification of Loss (FNOL) services with the ability to receive new claim information through a variety of channels, including inbound calls, email and web-based notifications. The First Response Unit provides our clients with:

  • Liability assessment
  • Third party assistance
  • Fraud detection 
  • Detailed information capture
  • Damage assessment – repair/total loss
  • Warm transfer and data transfer to insurers and suppliers
  • Deployment of Hire and Repair services through delegated authority
  • Third Party Intervention

This streamlined service has multiple benefits for our clients by not only delivering a first class service to their customers but also helping control the costs of claims and enhance performance which is typically affected when multiple parties are involved in the process.

The First Response Unit doesn’t stop after First Notification, we also conduct a series of courtesy calls and customer satisfaction follow-up activities to monitor and measure each customers experience during their claims journey with their insurer or broker.
